Customer Account Advisor

Job description: 

CA Britline is the English speaking branch of Crédit Agricole Normandie. We offer a full French Banking Service by telephone and internet for clients residing in the UK, Ireland and France. We provide expert financial advice to our customers with information and the best options to assist them in their personal projects in France. We provide bank accounts, insurances, investments, mortgages and currency solutions.

Your role: 

Working in a busy modern office with a friendly and professional team. You will:

Provide an efficient service ensuring that our customers always have their banking issues resolved professionally and promptly and have an overall positive banking experience.
Be passionate about customer service, listen to customers' needs and goals and offer guidance to steer them towards appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to ensure that customer expectations are met.
Progressively advise clients on all aspects of their banking and insurance needs.

Qualifications and skills:

• Team spirit.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Commercial acumen and a taste for challenge.

• Rigour and organisation.

• Previous banking experience is not required as full training is given; however the ideal candidate will have previous Customer Sales & Service experience in the UK.

• Minimum qualifications of BAC +2 (Degree) or equivalent. In some circumstances this can be substituted by proven professional experience.

• Good level of French (level B2 recommended)  and English language

• Extensive knowledge and experience of living in the UK.

Location and working hours:

• You will join our Britline branch at our Caen site in Normandy. 

• Schedule : Monday to Friday.

• Hours: Variable but between 8.45 am and 6 pm.

• Salary and benefits:

• We offer a 13-month salary, depending on experience
  (excluding profit-sharing).
